Ganesha
A map editor for Final Fantasy Tactics (PSX).
Goals
Ganesha can:
- Change mesh vertex XYZ coordinates
- Change mesh vertex normal vectors
- Change mesh vertex texture (UV) coordinates
- Change mesh polygon terrain coordinates
- Change mesh polygon visibility angles
- Add new mesh polygons
- Delete mesh polygons
- Change terrain data
- Export/import texture images
- Change texture palettes
- Change directional light colors and positions
- Change ambient light color
- Change background gradient colors
- Warn user when saving a map file that occupies more sectors than the original file

- Preview texture with palettes applied
- Preview effects of polygon visibility angles
- Edit animated mesh polygons
- Operate directly on the ISO or on map files
- Change hidden item and trap locations in BATTLE.BIN
- Load maps based on ATTACK.OUT scenario data
- Edit ATTACK.OUT scenario data
- Edit ATTACK.OUT placement grids
- Edit ENTD data?
- After more reverse-engineering:
